Founder & Director
Since the beginning of 2020, Alan Ibrahim is establishing a non-profit enterprise ''Music For Identity'' with a group of musicians and experts in different fields, aiming to strengthen the voices of marginalized minorities from the Middle East through music education programs and projects, along with other projects related to peace building and social change in Germany.

Organizing schedules for the team, staying in contact with our project partners, organizing new concerts and projects, give reports to the administration…etc.
Advisory committee is responsible to develop new ideas for the teaching method and to work on the concerts' repertoire

''Creative Workshops on discrimination'' which is a long-term project aimed to create new ways of handling anti-racism and discrimination workshops by using elements from music, art and culture.
